I thought this would be a good time to post some older work from my pre-blog days because I'm still getting settled and trying to figure out what I'll be shooting...(I have a photo trip planned this Sunday.) Below are a few images from a trip to the Empire State Building in 2005.

I've been a little obsessed with artsy photoshop layers lately as you can tell from below. I've also been shooting a bit differently now that I have a new camera system with new lenses. (I have to say the 5d is the best camera I've shot with, easily outperforming any Nikon camera I've used in the past 6 years.) I've also incorporated a 1.4 lens into my bag, an aperture I've never shot with before. I'm pretty much settled in at my new job, but still itching to shoot...so I've been bringing my camera around campus with me. Here's two images from the new chapel that is being built. The second image is of Dr. Anthony Cernera, president of Sacred Heart University.

Sorry for the lack of updates... I've been busy adjusting (check out the time stamp below) to my new job and schedule, which is going well. I also bought a Canon 5d and couldn't be happier with the image quality.
